Ricardo Karam, DSE is guest editor of thematic issue in German journal for physics teachers

The German journal Unterricht Physik publishes both theoretical and practical papers on a wide range of topics relevant to the everyday life of physics teachers. Its last edition contains a thematic issue entitled Mathematics in Physics Education (Mathematik im Physikunterricht), a topic perceived to have central importance in the German community. Associate professor Ricardo Karam, DSE has been working on this project together with Gesche Pospiech (Dresden) and Dietmar Höttecke (Hamburg) for about two years.
