Who should get vaccinated first?

Mette Jensen and Carl Winsløw have just (online first) published a paper on how mathematics at advanced high school level could be used to explore strategies for vaccination (against an evil like covid) based on network theory, and the so-called friendship paradox.

The paper also draws on the didactical construct known as Study and research paths.
The paper emerges from a MSc thesis written by the first author and supervised by the second. It thus represents education-based research.
