University Science Education
In my PhD I investigate science bachelor students’ decision-making process regarding choosing a master programme. Due to the Bologna Process, this transition has arisen as a new decision point for Danish students. The aim of the project is to explore how educational choices and future trajectories are constructed as desirable and legitimate within the institutional setting of three science bachelor programmes at the University of Copenhagen. This is done through ethnographic fieldwork at the programmes and qualitative interviews with students from each programme.
