MERIA project releases handbook

MERIA (Mathematics Education – Relevant, Intersting and Applicable) is an Erasmus+ project joining mathematics education researchers and teachers in several countries, including Denmark. The University of Copenhagen is a part of this, with participants come from IND and IMF; the Danish Association of Mathematics Teachers (upper secondary level) also participates.

MERIA has just released a handbook on “Inquiry Based Mathematics Education” which is expected to become a widely used resource for European mathematics teachers and educators, both in the project and beyond, in ongoing efforts to modernize mathematics teaching at the secondary level.
