Mathematics and language at ICME 11

The International Congress on Mathematical Education is held in Mexico in July 2008. It is held every four years and is the world's largest congress in the field of mathematics education research.

The topic study group on "Language and communication in mathematics education", whose organising team is chaired by Carl Winsløw (IND/KU) and Bill Barton (U. Auckland), has just issued its call for papers.
